Is the park open on weekends, school holidays and public holidays?

Yes, of course! (Please note that the park closes in winter from mid-November to mid-February for safety reasons)

Can we take the bus or the train to get to the park?

Unfortunately no, there is no public transport that goes to the park.

Is there a subscription?

Yes. An annual pass is available at the park reception desk during your first visit. The price in 2025 is €24 per adult and €18 per child.

Do you need to book your visit to Chlorophylle Park?


Reservation is NOT required.
For a visit "with the school", reservations are made via an email request form.
For a visit alone, with family or in a non-school group, you can book via the "book" tab on the website or pay directly at reception upon arrival.


How do I validate my discounts when booking online?

Most discounts are only valid at reception on the day of your arrival. If you have any questions regarding a discount, please contact the park reception by phone at 084/37.87.74 or by email at info@parcchlorophylle.com . You will need to present proof of entitlement to the discount on the day of your visit.
We are unable to refund the discount at reception after purchasing your tickets online.

Are dogs allowed in the park?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed inside the park, even on a leash. We have two kennels available in the shade, upon reservation or upon request at reception (subject to availability). We would like to prevent dogs from being left in vehicles. Please note that dogs in vehicles during hot days will not be tolerated in our parking lot, and the police will be notified. There is no shade available in the parking lot all day long.

What can you eat in the cafeteria?

The cafeteria offers light meals every day the park is open, except for certain dates in September.

Is it possible to rent a room at Chlorophylle Park?

Rentals are available for private events with prior agreement between the park and the brewery. Interested individuals and businesses should submit their request via info@parcchlorophylle.com.

Can we organize a child's birthday party at Chlorophylle Park?

You're welcome to join us for a birthday party. We can offer a one-hour activity for up to 10 children, upon reservation. For information and reservations, please contact the park reception at info@parcchlorophylle.com.

Can I bring my picnic?

Yes, of course! You can even leave it in your car; just make sure you keep your wristband when you exit the park again. You can eat your picnic inside the park in the picnic areas.

Can I take my drinks with me?

Yes, you are not allowed to consume your own drinks in the brasserie, the dining room, or the terrace. Please note that we do not have a refrigerator available to keep them cool. Please note: for safety reasons, no glass bottles or glasses are permitted!

Is there a place to warm my child's bottle/meal? And a place to change my child's diaper?

Yes, there is a microwave available in the dining room, and changing tables in the ladies' toilet at reception and in the disabled toilet in the basement.

Is the park suitable for people with reduced mobility?

Our park is very hilly but is fully accessible. If you are unable to complete the route with your wheelchair, we can provide an electric adapted scooter free of charge, but reservations are required.
Please note that there are disabled toilets with access via the reception building.

Can we smoke in the park?

The new law, which came into effect in 2025, prohibits smoking or vaping inside the park and within 10 meters of the park entrance.
In the park, NO, it is strictly prohibited by the Department of Nature and Forests due to fire risks. An ashtray is available near the reception desk outside the park under the supervision of reception staff and also on the restaurant terrace.

Can I bring a small bike for my child?

For visitor safety reasons, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. are prohibited within the park. Balance bikes are permitted for small children. (Please note that this is still dangerous, and the park declines all liability in the event of an accident caused by balance bikes.)

Can I take a stroller for my child?

Of course, it's entirely possible. Only the treetop walkway isn't stroller-friendly, but stroller parking is available at the start :)

Can I access the chloros'shop and the brasserie without buying my park ticket?

The reception desk, the shop and the brasserie are accessible to everyone without accessing the park.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, all our points of sale have a credit card payment terminal. For security reasons, we favor this payment method.

Is it possible to access only the playground?

No, the playground is reserved for park visitors or upon purchase of a full ticket.

How long is the ride?

It takes between 1.5 and 2 hours to walk around the park, excluding the playgrounds (+/- 2 kilometers). This can take longer if you take the opportunity to observe the birds carefully, read the educational panels, take photos, etc.
