Is the park open on weekends, school holidays and public holidays?
Yes, of course! (Please note that the park closes in winter from mid-November to mid-February for safety reasons)
Is there a subscription?
Yes. The annual subscription is available at the park reception during your first visit. The price in 2025 is €24 per adult and €18 per child.
Should you book your visit to Chlorophylle Park?
Reservation is NOT required.
For a visit "with the school", reservations are made via a form request by email.
For a visit alone, with family or in a non-school group, you can book via the ""book"" tab on the website or pay directly at reception upon arrival.
How do I validate my discounts when booking online?
Most discounts are only valid at reception on the day of your arrival. If you have any questions regarding a discount, please contact the park reception by telephone on 084/37.87.74 or by email at info@parcchlorophylle.com . You will need to present proof of entitlement to the discount on the day of your visit.
We are unable to refund the discount at reception after purchasing your tickets online.

Are dogs allowed in the park?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed inside the park even on a leash. We have two kennels available in the shade upon reservation or upon request at reception (subject to availability). We would like to avoid dogs being left in vehicles. Please note that dogs in vehicles on hot days will not be tolerated in our car park and the police will be notified. There is no shaded space all day in the car park.
What can you eat in the cafeteria?
The cafeteria offers light meals every day the park is open except certain dates in September.
Is it possible to rent a room at Chlorophylle Park?
A rental is possible for private events with prior agreement with the park and the brewery. For interested individuals and companies, please submit your request via info@parcchlorophylle.com
Can we organize a child's birthday at Chlorophylle Park?
You are welcome for a birthday party. We can offer an hour-long entertainment for up to 10 children upon reservation. For information and reservations, please contact the park reception via the email address info@parcchlorophylle.com.
Can I take my picnic?
Yes, of course! You can even leave it in your car; make sure to keep your bracelet to exit the park again. You can eat your picnic inside the park on the picnic areas.
Can I take my drinks with me?
Yes, it is just not allowed to consume your own drinks in the brasserie, the room and the terrace. Note that we do not have a fridge available to keep them cool. Attention, for safety reasons, no bottles or glass glasses!
Is there a place to warm my child's bottle/meal? And a place to change him?
Yes, there is a microwave available in the dining room, and changing tables in the ladies' toilet at reception and in the disabled toilet in the basement.
Is the park suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Our park is very hilly but is completely accessible. In case you do not feel able to do the course with your wheelchair, we can provide an electric adapted scooter free of charge but upon reservation.
Please note that there are disabled toilets with access via the reception building.
Can we smoke in the park?
The new law, which came into force in 2025, prohibits smoking or vaping inside the park and within 10 meters of the park entrance.
In the park NO, it is strictly forbidden by the Nature and Forests Department because of the fire risks. An ashtray is available near the reception office outside the park under the supervision of the reception staff and also on the restaurant terrace.
Can I bring a small bike for my child?
For safety reasons for visitors, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. are prohibited within the park. Balance bikes are tolerated for small children. (Please note that this remains dangerous and the park declines all responsibility in the event of an accident due to the balance bike)
Can I take a stroller for my child?
Of course, it is quite possible. Only the treetop walkway is not accessible with the stroller but a stroller parking is available at its departure :)
Can I access the chloros'shop and the brewery without buying my park ticket?
The reception office, the shop and the brasserie are accessible to everyone without accessing the park.
Can we pay by credit card?
Yes, all our points of sale have a credit card payment terminal. For security reasons, we favor this method of payment.
Is it possible to access only the playground?
No, the playground is reserved for park visitors or upon purchase of a full ticket.
How long is the ride?
It takes between 1h30 and 2h to walk around the park excluding the playgrounds (+/- 2 kilometres). It may take longer if you take the opportunity to observe the birds carefully, read the educational panels, take photos etc.
